Once you’ve chosen your option, here is how we will fix your issue together:

For all options (A, B & C)

For all options A (guided troubleshooting)

FAQ

How do I know which option is right for me?
If you’re comfortable troubleshooting with expert guidance and/or don’t want to provide me with admin access to your MemberVault account, choose the guided troubleshooting (A).
If you want me to fix it for you and show you how, go for the done-for-you fix (B).
If you want to be confident about your fix, add the extra follow-up chat (C).
What kinds of issues can you help with?
Anything related to MemberVault (products, offers, communities, integrations, automations, settings, etc.).
If you’re unsure, just ask before booking (FB Messenger)!
If I have given you a link to this service myself from the MV collaborative FB group, it means I should be able to fix it with this service.
Do I need to give you my login details?
For option A, in most cases, I can guide you without accessing your account.
For options B & C, I will most probably need admin access, I’ll provide a step-by-step guide on how to create an admin account for me, so you never have to share your personal login details.
Not sure your problem is a 20-minute fix?

What if my issue takes longer than 20 minutes?
Most small issues can be solved in 20 minutes.
If it turns out to be more complex, I’ll let you know and suggest next steps.
What’s the refund policy?
Since this is a service-based offer, no refunds are provided once the session is booked.
However, if I determine your issue is outside my expertise before we start, I’ll issue a full refund.
